This object allows the operator or service provider to
configure a unique MPLS-TP ITU-T Carrier Code (ICC)
either for Ingress ID or Egress ID.
          
This object value should be zero when 
sleMplsTpNodeConfigInfoGlobalId are assigned with non-zero value.
