Used to initiate an RTP test:
              
enabled(1)  - initiate the test as defined by this
              slaMonitorRtpCtrlEntry.
disabled(2) - deactivate the test defined by this
              slaMonitorRtpCtrlEntry, if possible.
              
Refer to the corresponding slaMonitorRtpResultsOperStatus 
to determine the operational state of the test defined by
this entry. When queried, 'disabled(2)' is always returned
for this attribute.
