Enumeration
The value of this attribute determines whether
the SLA Monitor agent will refuse test requests
from the server. When this attribute is set to
'allow(1)', an agent will accept test requests
from the server. A 'refuse(2)' setting will cause
the agent to reject test requests from the server.
From a usage perspective, it may be necessary to
temporarily refuse server test requests if the
agent is being actively managed by a server but
the administrator wishes to use the CLI or SNMP
interfaces to initiate tests manually.
