The time of the last time an event was
triggerred for a point on an EventSensor in
100ths of seconds since reset.
              
For contact closures, the possible events are
Active and Inactive.  For temperature, humidity,
and analog inputs, the possible events are Normal,
High, Very High, Low, and Very Low.
              
For relays, this object is 0.
