Measured Laser Wavelength. 
For DWDM applications, the diagnostic interface report either laser 
wavelength or temperature, with a given module?s reporting defined 
by bit 1 of the object sfpConfigOptionalWdm.
The wavelength is defined as:
	Wavelength = 1000nm + 0.01nm * 16 bit value.
Thus, the reportable wavelength range is 1000.00 ? 1655.35nm with a 
resolution of 0.01nm.
