must be 0 if the value of any of these objects is non-zero:

s5SbsAuthCfgSecureList
The value of this object is only used if the above objects all have
zero values. The value of this object must also be 0 if the value
of s5SbsAuthCfgSource is either autoLearn(2) or sticky(3).
