The RTP SSRC, or synchronization source identifier of the
sender.  The RTP session address plus an SSRC uniquely
identify a sender or receiver of an RTP stream (see RFC
1889, 'RTP:  A Transport Protocol for Real-Time
Applications' sec.3).
