column r/w OctetString 
The contents of the scope object, displayed as
an  uninterpreted  string  of octets, including
the object header.  In the absence of  such  an
object, this should be of zero length.
              
If the length  is  non-zero,  this  contains  a
series of IP4 or IP6 addresses.
