Object
The UDP or TCP port number used as a source port for this sender in this session. If the IP protocol in use, specified by rsvpResvProto- col is 50 (ESP) or 51 (AH), this represents a generalized port identifier (GPI). A value of zero indicates that the IP protocol in use does not have ports. This object may not be changed when the value of the RowStatus object is 'ac- tive'.

How SNMP and these commands workWalk the column to discover its indexed instances, or supply every index to read one instance.
Walk the column
/usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUs -m 'RSVP-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'RSVP-MIB::rsvpResvPort'
More examples
Read one indexed instance
/usr/bin/snmpget -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUv -m 'RSVP-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'RSVP-MIB::rsvpResvPort.<rsvpSessionNumber>.<rsvpResvNumber>'
Translate to a numeric OID
/usr/bin/snmptranslate -Pud -Ir -On -m 'RSVP-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'RSVP-MIB::rsvpResvPort'
