column r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
If TRUE, individual senders are  listed  using
Filter  Specifications.   If FALSE, all senders
are implicitly selected.  The Scope Object will
contain  a list of senders that need to receive
this reservation request  for  the  purpose  of
routing the RESV message.
