column RohcCompressionRatio 
This object indicates the compression ratio
concerning the last 16 packets passing this context
or concerning all packets passing this context
if they are less than 16, so far.  The compression is
computed over all bytes of the IP packets including the IP
header but excluding all lower layer headers.
