column Integer32
An index that uniquely identifies an entry in the
hlHostControlTable.  Each such entry defines
a function that discovers hosts on a particular
interface and places statistics about them in the
nlHostTable, and optionally in the alHostTable, on
behalf of this hlHostControlEntry.
