A text desciption of the alarm history entry.
Each of the strings will have the following format,
AHxxx-id-type-timestamp label
xxx  = number entry in the table
id   = Alarm ID
type = HIGH, LOW, ALM or RTN
timestamp = MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS
Label = The label associated with the input channel
