scalar mandatory r/w Integer32 
Setting this object will shutdown (i.e., turn off)
either the MDU output socket by the value of mduCommandCode
at the time of shutdown after the indicated number of seconds.
Setting this object to 0 will cause the shutdown to occur
immediately
