scalar mandatory r/w Integer32
The number of  seconds  that,  after  entering
OverflowState,  a  router will attempt to leave
OverflowState. This allows the router to  again
originate  non-default  AS-external-LSAs.  When
set to 0, the router will not  leave  Overflow-
State until restarted.
