RFC1284-MIB ·
.1.3.6.1.2.1.10.7.2.1.8
Object
The number of times that a collision is detected
on a particular interface later than 512 bit-times
into the transmission of a packet.
Five hundred and twelve bit-times corresponds to
51.2 microseconds on a 10 Mbit/s system. A (late)
collision included in a count represented by an
instance of this object is also considered as a
(generic) collision for purposes of other
collision-related statistics.

How SNMP and these commands workWalk the column to discover its indexed instances, or supply every index to read one instance.
Walk the column
/usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUs -m 'RFC1284-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'RFC1284-MIB::dot3StatsLateCollisions'
More examples
Read one indexed instance
