column mandatory r/w Enumeration
Controls the action of the buffer when it
reaches the full status.  When in the lockWhenFull(1)
state a packet is added to the buffer that
fills the buffer, the bufferControlFullStatus will
be set to full(2) and this buffer will stop capturing
packets.
