Object
When apply is issued by the administrator, all the changes made to the l2cp-profile will be reflected at the end-point and l2cp-profile will be in Applied(true) state. Whenever any changes have been made to the profile, the state is changed to the Not Applied(false) state.If want these changes reflected at the end-point, again issue the apply command.
