The EAP vlan:isid bindings. Vlan is represented on 2 bytes. Isid is represented on 4 bytes. The output OctetString would be a continuous hexadecimal representation of VLAN followed by corresponding ISID. Example: Length(bytes): |--2--|--4--|--2--|--4--|--2--|--4--|---2--|---4--| OctetString: VLAN0 ISID0 VLAN1 ISID1 ... ... VLAN94 ISID94 . There are no spaces between VLANx and ISIDx.
