column r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
End-station service disable (trunk port) bit.  When this bit
is set (true), all native frames received on the port and all
native frames that would have been sent on the port are
discarded.  Default value is 'false'.
              
The value of this object MUST be retained across
re-initializations of the management system.
