Object
The rapid retransmission interval in milliseconds before
an Initial Path message is first resent if no
acknowledgement is received.
A Path message is treated as an initial Path if it is the
Path message which creates the LSP or a Path refresh
message which requires re-routing.
Note:This is rsvp-te global configuration.
