The value of the RSVP value 'K', which is  the
number  of  refresh intervals which must elapse
(minimum) before a PATH or RESV  message  which
is not being refreshed will be aged out. 
              
Note:A value of 0 indicates that the globally 
configuredvalue are used on an interface
