Contains two parameters:
1 - Description: Channel Bandwidth Mismatch: one side is %n0 MHz and the other is %n1 MHz.
%n0 is the local Channel Bandwidth value in MHz.
%n1 is the remote Channel Bandwidth value in MHz.
