that refreshes this state. This object corresponds to the
'Assert_Time' timer value defined in the PIM-SM
specification [I-D.ietf-rlPim-sm-v2-new].
Note that configuring different values for this object for
different routers on the same interface might lead to
incorrect protocol operation.
