Default value of 255.255.255.255 means that
rlRadiusGlobalDefaultSource will be used for Ipv4
servers and rlRadiusIPv6GlobalDefaultSource
will be used for Ipv6 servers.IPv6Z type not supported.
Only valid IP address will be used.
Application will set default value.
