This index defines the EPS Slave group that is bound with
the Master group that is defined by
protectEpsMasterMapMasterIdx. It is equal to the
protectGroupIdx of the EPS Slave Group,hence all Slave
groups that are bound with a given Master have the same
protectEpsMasterMapMasterIdx value.
