Defines the TDM bundle default router in case there was a switch from the Primary Link (for example an ETH port) to a TDM backup Link like E1, T1 or Serial Link. This parameter is relevant only when a Backup Link is configured. When a Backup Link is not configured the value will be: 0.0.0.0
