Denotes if an OAM bundle is identified according to the Bundle Number (0x3fff), or according to the value of the first nibble in the VCCV control word sent in the frame. controlWord - applicable only when ip2IfProtocolVersion = v2(2). When ip2IfProtocolVersion = v1(1), only bundleNumber is applicable.
