                      'None', 'proprietary' and 'rip2' are applicable.
When prtT1E1InbandMng is 'fdlOrTS0' or 'dedicatedTs':
                      'None' and 'proprietary' are applicable.
When prtT1E1InbandMng is 'off':
                      'None' is applicable.
