Write it to reset(1), the following objects in RFC 1724 
should be reset: 
1. Global Counters:
   'rip2GlobalRouteChanges',
   'rip2GlobalQueries'.
2. Interface Status Table, for each 'rip2IfStatAddress':
   'rip2IfStatRcvBadPackets',
   'rip2IfStatRcvBadRoutes',
   'rip2IfStatSendUpdates'
3. Peer Table, for each 'rip2PeerAddress' and 'rip2PeerDomain',
   'rip2PeerRcvBadPackets',
   'rip2PeerRcvBadRoutes'
When read it, this value always is noReset(2).
