	 markcos2(6) - mark secondary 802.1p CoS field (inner tag)
	 markcosAsSecCos(7) - mark CoS as Secondary CoS value			 
This is only valid if the value of agentDiffServPolicyAttrStmtEntryType is 
policeSinglerate(7) or policeTworate(8).
