a row from this table.  The following objects cannot be
modified if the entry is in use and the status is active:
pwTDMCfgPayloadSize, pwTDMCfgRtpHdrUsed,
pwTDMCfgJtrBfrDepth, and pwTDMCfgPayloadSuppression.
The row cannot be deleted if the entry is in use.
