When the operator changes the value from enabled to disabled, all active PJE alarms shall be cleared. When the operator changes the value from disabled to enabled, event counting shall be restarted (counters reset to 0). This attribute has node scope, ie. it impacts all PJE alarms on all SDH ports on the node.
