column r/w Enumeration 
This parameter represents the status of sleep mode. This Configuration is valid 
only on BSU. If there is no data available to transfer b/w BSU & SU,  BSU 
will keep the SU state in sleep state and polls that particular SU for every
4 seconds to just to maintain the WORP link.
