This parameter is used to provide the threshold value of the
multicast packets to be processed for the interface.
If threshold value for multicast packets is set to '0', no 
filtering will take place (filtering will be disabled).Excess
packets will be dropped if packets are more than threshold 
value.To disable MultiCast packets filtering for this interface
this variable should be set to '0'(zero).
