This parameter specifies which debug levels are enabled. 
It is Bit Mask field. Bits are defined as follows 
Bit0 - WORP general debug level. 
Bit1 - DDRS debug level one. 
Bit2 - DDRS debug level two. 
Bit3 - DDRS debug level three.
