This MIB object specifies the transport to be
used to transmit syslog messages to the syslog
server contained in the MIB object
pktcEventSyslogAddress.
If the MTA does not support the transport
specified in a SET operation, then the
MTA MUST return an appropriate error
response, such as 'inconsistentValue'.
