This MIB object provides the IANA enterprise number of
the organization defining the event.  Thus, all
PacketCable- or IPCablecom-defined events will contain
the PacketCable or IPCablecom IANA enterprise
number, and all vendor-specific events will contain
the IANA enterprise number of the defining
organization.
