A unique value for each PDU or power meter. This is the same as
pduId, but for use in traps.
For BCM2 and PMC, pduNumber can be:
- 0 for the main controller
- The meter ID (rotary switch) for power meter
For all other products, pduNumber is the PDU's link ID. If linking
is not used, pduNumber is 1.
