column Integer32
A unique value for each PDU or power meter.
              
For BCM2 and PMC, pduId can be:
    - 0 for the main controller
    - The meter ID (rotary switch) for power meter
For all other products, pduId is the PDU's link ID. If linking
is not used, pduId is 1.
