Object
column SNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32
The minimum sensor reading for the log period as an unsigned integer. The value of this OID variable should be scaled by inletPoleSensorDecimalDigits. For example, if the value is 1 and inletPoleSensorDecimalDigits is 2, then actual value is 0.01. This value will wrap around if the scaled sensor reading exceeds 4294967295. It is undefined for sensors which can have negative readings. This object does not apply to sensors without numerical reading.

How SNMP and these commands workWalk the column to discover its indexed instances, or supply every index to read one instance.
Walk the column
/usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUs -m 'PDU2-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/raritan:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'PDU2-MIB::logInletPoleSensorMinValue'
More examples
Read one indexed instance
/usr/bin/snmpget -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUv -m 'PDU2-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/raritan:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'PDU2-MIB::logInletPoleSensorMinValue.<pduId>.<inletId>.<inletPoleIndex>.<sensorType>.<logIndex>'
Translate to a numeric OID
/usr/bin/snmptranslate -Pud -Ir -On -m 'PDU2-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/raritan:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'PDU2-MIB::logInletPoleSensorMinValue'
