The maximum amount of time to wait for an Echo-Reply 
in response to an Echo-Request.  If an Echo-Reply
is not seen in the amount of time specified, the test
will be considered `timed-out'.  The maximum amount 
of time to wait as supported by the syntax is 
5 minutes.
