column SNMPv2-TCDisplayString 
Indicates why the PPP link failed to establish 
a connection to the Network-Layer Protocol
phase.  If the link was successfully established,
a zero-length string will be returned. Otherwise,
a string will be returned indicating why the LCP
could not establish the phase.
