column mandatory r/w Enumeration 
The value of this is used to read oper status 
of filter binding. If oper status is up(1) that means
that the binding is active. If the status is down(2)
it means that this binding is inactive for specified
interface. To configure this object
use sysDevFilterBindingAdminStatus.
