When this bit is set, pdnEntPhySensorExtThesholdExceededSet
and pdnEntPhySensorExtThesholdExceededCleared notifications
should be generated.
              
When this bit is reset, pdnEntPhySensorExtThesholdExceededSet,
and pdnEntPhySensorExtThesholdExceededCleared notifications
should be not be generated.
