An entry in this table identifies a voice channel
defined over a CPIWF in which an IP network
	terminates. Various channels may be used to carry
different type of traffics (e.g, signalling, 
bearer). The agent is responsible for automatically
populating this table with all the channels defined
for each CPIWF interface.
