This object is used to configure the period for the hold timer of this ring. Hold-Off timer will be started when a new defect (SF) is received on this ring. This defect will not be give as local SF to ERP control process until hold timer expires. When the hold-off timer expires, and if a local defect still exists it will be given as local SF to the ERP control process of this ring.
