notification
The number of islands in the synchronization tree has changed. The DECT site is given by the board parameter. The number of islands is given by the byte 1. The normal value is 0. When the number gets greater than 0, the DECT synchronization tree in the site has to be analyzed. Configuration of clusters has to be considered to get in a normal situation.
