Object
The IPv6 address of an inbound packet that cannot
be identified by a neighbor instance. When
the last value of a notification using this object is
needed, but no notifications of that type have been sent,
the value pertaining to this object should
be returned as 0
Only IPv6 addresses without zone index are expected.
