The rate of transmition frames in bursts. Objects osRfc2544HistoryProbeInterval and osRfc2544HistoryRate MUST ALWAYS CORRESPOND TO EACH OTHER. If osRfc2544Rate has been configured as not equal to 0, then agent returns osRfc2544HistoryRate equal to osRfc2544Rate. If osRfc2544Rate has been configured as equal to 0, then agent calculates rate, corresponding to osRfc2544ProbeInterval and returns it as osRfc2544HistoryRate.
